GENERAL MEASURES COVID-19:

1. In Catalonia, the use of a mask is mandatory at all times from the age of 6, except for bathing, sunbathing or playing sports.
2. Our Personnel have received training in preventive measures from Covid-19 and have the necessary protective equipment.
3. We reduce capacity of all areas, including elevators.
4. We have separated the deckchairs from the pools, at least 1.5m
5. We provide disinfectant gel and hygienic rugs for the hotel access and in different locations.
6. We have reduced the number of tables in our restaurants (minimum of 1.5 meters between tables).
7. We control restaurant access for breakfast / dinner shifts with advance reservations.
8. We reinforce our cleaning and sanitation processes for the restaurant.
9. In the restaurant, the offer assisted buffet service and single-dose rations have been reinforced.
10. We have reduced the capacity of the gym and the group classes, with the need for a prior reservation.
11. The cleaning and disinfection protocol has been reinforced.
12. We have reduced the capacity in the Spa area.
13. At the hotel and spa reception we have signaled the security distance.
14. We have disinfectant gel on each counter.
15. We disinfect all material handed to and taken from guests (room cards, etc.).
16. We have reduced all the superfluous material in the rooms, with the possibility of asking the reception for any service a guest may personally need (kettle, blankets, extra pillows, etc.)
